Our Why

The reason we do this has a face.

These are two photographs of my grandmother, taken a lifetime apart. The young woman with everything ahead of her, and the woman who became the heart of our family.

To me, home care means making sure the people who shaped us keep living well, with dignity and comfort, in the place they know best: home.

This is the standard behind Eldercare Home Health, part of the Integracare family. We have cared for Toronto families since 1995. We measure every visit by one question: is this the care I would want for my own grandmother?

What guides us

Our values

Our care is guided by a commitment to quality, safety, and dignity for every client and family we serve.

Every client is assigned a Registered Nurse Case Manager at no added charge. Clinical oversight is standard, not optional.

Continuous improvement

ISO 9001 certification means our quality system is independently audited. We set standards and hold ourselves to them.

Living up to our promise

Our philosophy is to provide the best home care possible for seniors with complex needs, on every shift. By being available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we aim to meet clients where and when they need support.
