Eldercare Home Health participates in Alzheimer’s Walk for Memories
The Alzheimer’s Walk for Memories was a great success. This is the third year we participated. We sent a team of 34 strong – our largest team size yet! We marched around Brookfield Place, along the underground PATH. There was food, friends and fundraising – a great combination.
