We start by providing a no-charge in-home assessment conducted by one of our qualified Registered Nurses.

To achieve the right solution for each client, we offer service from a wide range of Elder care options: nursing care, bathing and personal care, companionship, running errands, home safety review, medication review and meal preparation. We can also arrange for physiotherapists and other professionals to provide assessment and treatment as required.
At Eldercare Home Health we work in cooperation with the client's doctor, pharmacist and government agencies. Our staff have the knowledge, skill and commitment to provide the highest level of care. And of course we provide the expertise of a Registered Nurse to supervise all care.

Eldercare Home Health was founded over 12 years ago by Lisa Wiseman. Lisa is a Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from the University of Toronto. Lisa's focus of study was Gerontology, the study of ageing.
Lisa started Eldercare Home Health because she and her colleagues in Gerontology recognized the need for a home health care provider that would take a holistic approach to providing Elder care and specialize in caring for the unique needs of the elderly.
Early in her career Lisa worked as a home care nurse and as a front-line nurse in some of Canada's foremost geriatric hospitals.
She has worked in management at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and The Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care, two of Canada's leading centres for geriatric care.
